Under Old Chaos: Star of Greece

Found this sign on top of the entrance door to a restaurant here in South Australia (Star of Greece in Port Willunga, if you’re interested). It caught my fancy. But, I can’t quite figure out what it means.

So, I thought I’ll post it here as a game. Anyone with the most creative interpretation of “Under Old Chaos” wins. Not sure yet what the prize will be but I promise to send you something for fun.

Go ahead and give a meaning, a story, a haiku, a limerick, a caption… Or even a drawing or sketch. Anything. Then, post your interpretations via comments.

I think it’s the opposite of the sign that reads “under new management.”

Personally, I have to wonder why in the world a business way over there is talking about little ole me way over here. It just seems wrong, is all I’m sayin’ :D
