Try the Glass House if you get that on the ABC. Though, they're on the "best of" reel at the moment. Which, honestly isn't the "best of". Maybe thats the joke. 2) Vegemite you NEVER get used to. On the other hand you can't beet-a-root. It either grows on you or tastebuds die, I can't figure which. Grab yourself some Satay chicken kebabs, a nice salad with dressing and add beetroot. Works for me. 3) AFL is used for one thing. Killing brain cells. Either by drinking too much, yelling too much, clashing heads or listening to someone who follows it. Often it leaves your mind battered and is thus good for numbing and zoning out of the world and into another should you so choose to do so. Also may be good for anger management, so long as your teams wins... then anger is traded for depression. Its win, win. 4) The ALPee are just that, a joke. They're policies will make you piss yourself laughing. 5) This years BB is seriously boring, so unless you've had a few drinks, and don't mind lowering your intelligence to that level, it can be a hoot. You just don't remember anything in the morning. There isn't really anything to dislike about where I live in Melbourne, I haven't been anywhere else to compare it to. People are generally nice, if blind. Its easy to become isolated. It's big enough to get lost in, small enough that I've actually travelled over the border. Oh, its GREEN. Yeah. I like that. its nice along the Yarra river. Very diverse scenery. Getting a little busy on the roads lately though. Transport sucks. Must be nice to reach a milestone.
