Soy Sauce with Chillis Dip

Soy Sauce with Chillis I love my dips and sauces. I like to have them with nearly anything I eat: steaks, stir-fry, chips, burgers, and even soups.

This particular one’s made up of light soy sauce, red and green chillis, and calamansi juice (camquat). Of course, you can hold off the chillis if you don’t like your dips spicy. Some people also substitute lime juice for calamansi.

I use this dip for many vegetable or meat stir-fry, or even some clear soups with vegetables and meat.
