Shai Coggins is two psychology degrees: Master of Social Science in Applied Psychology and a four-year Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her practice is currently on hold.
Selected work experiences include:
- Full-time psychologist at MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore), where she started a three-tier Sex Education Programme for the intellectually disabled adult trainees, their families, and the training officers;
- Part-time psychology consultant at the Singapore School for the Deaf;
- An employee relations specialist (industrial psychologist) at a semi-conductor company; and
- Working for various private and corporate clients as a private practitioner.
Shai has also been teaching workshops, as well as writing and publishing articles on psychology-related topics in various venues.
