Welcome to my virtual studio!
I’ve given myself the permission to call my work ‘art’ — and sometimes, I even refer to myself as an ‘artist’. But, I’ll be the first to say that I’m not ‘professionally trained’ as such. I’m actually trained in psychology – but also work as a freelance writer/professional blogger (yes, I’m getting paid to blog) by vocation.
Most of what I know about painting, collage, drawing, etc. are mostly gathered from workshops, web sites, other art and craft makers, books, manuals, and plenty of trial and error. I knew I’ve always wanted to create since I was a kid fooling around with pencils and crayons.
And now, this blog is my playground. I’d love for you to come and join me.
