Lei: Again, great food for thought! I know what you mean about the “block” on personal blogs. That’s why I find it most difficult to blog here on ShaiCoggins.com. Oh, and I do check my stats regularly too. It’s tough not to!

I think posting a little more but not such lengthy entries is ok because not everyone will respond to every post. So giving them more material to look at would increase the chances of reaching someone. On the other hand, I really hate people who post drivel or two line posts all the time just because they want to post post post. It’s a hard balance.

As for myself, I try to post something meaningful/interesting every day on each blog. It’s becoming more of a struggle on my personal one because it requires more reflection than simply analyzing news. As for performance, I’m become addicted to looking at my stats. Kinda ridiculous!!

I think we all have our rhythyms when posting. I post sometimes several times a day and I know that when I read a blog, I do scroll down to see anything new that I may have missed, and remember, when you are listed in Google, anyone searching for the content that you may have written about, will find it.
