Guilty geek confession: I’ve had the same poll on the side bar of this blog for well over a year now. That goes against my usual advice of trying to keep things “fresh” on one’s blogs/websites. So, as part of this year’s blog anniversary celebrations, I finally decided to run a new poll. In fact, I’m hoping to run new polls more regularly from hereon.
So, to start things off, the latest poll is about helping to establish your favourite sections here at Studio Notes -

Oh, and here are the results of our overly extended poll on social networking, which received 268 votes -
- Facebook – 47% of all votes
- MySpace – 11% of all votes
- LinkedIn – 3% of all votes
- Twitter – 17% of all votes
- Pownce – 1% of all votes
- Friendster – 7% of all votes
- Multiply – 1% of all votes
- Ning – 1% of all votes
- Flickr – 7% of all votes
- Orkut – 3% of all votes
As you can see, Facebook is the clear winner out of all the favourite social networking sites, with over 47% votes. Twitter came second, but only with 17%. MySpace followed with 11%. Friendster and Flickr tied at 7%. LinkedIn and Orkut come next with 3% each. Pownce, Multiply, and Ning all just had 1% each.

I think I just like to dabble in your various offerings- sometimes 52WoC takes my fancy, other times it’s a recipe or a book or movie- I like your variety!

Aw, thanks, Kay! Glad to know that you actually like the variety. I sometimes wonder if I’m covering too much. But then, that’s me. I like a lot of things. So, this inevitably spills on to my blog.

It’s very hard to vote for just one because 52WoC and Web Wednesday are right up there! I love the whole rainbow of colors, and that I can always count on finding quality content that is honest, fun, creative and insightful!

I’m with Kari, I was torn between 52WoC and Web Wednesday, but picked Web Wednesday in the end. Wish I could have voted twice though!
