Yes. We’ve finally moved to our new house. It’s just been over a week – and we’re slowly getting unpacked and settled in. Emphasis on ‘slowly’. Heh.
One of the effects of the move is that in the new area that we’re living in – cable is finally available. So, ADSL broadband is out. Wireless cable internet is IN. And, I’m loving it. Yep. The geek in me again. Woohoo.
Great for my online work stuff (and other diversions
). But, not so good when I’m trying to unpack too.
That’s really cool, Shai. The worst is really over. It’s just all that juggling around you need to do, but you can still live with that. Great about cable connection, too. I’m still on dial-up!

Congratulations, Shai! Hope you are all getting the chance to rest as well. No need to rush unpacking, right?

Hi Shai, joined the Airport/WiFi revolution huh? (It’s pronounced “WeeFee” here) and there’s a very good network in Paris – up there with London and Tokyo.
I have a new Video Blog (Vlog) – http://www.mylifeasafrog.com – about Aussies living in Paris. Thought you might be interested. (Lucky I checked the URL – nearly left it as “www.mylifeasafog.com”. à bientôt, Mal.

Congratulations Shai.
We are currently in the process of a very similar move (from a newer construction home to an older historic home after just two years) …
It is hectic, but exciting.

“Great for my online work stuff (and other diversions wink). But, not so good when I’m trying to unpack too.”
Heh heh, I know what you mean.
We also moved into this house last October and I haven’t unpacked that much. And, yup, we just subscribed to wi-fi (the Taiwan earthquake prodded me alert) so as you can imagine, my excitement keeps me glued to the PC morning, noon and night. Sigh.

Heather: I can only empathise. Hope one day b5 will make you enough money so you can join broadband.
Hsien: Thanks! No rush, but hoping to get as much done before the baby comes.
Malcolm: Good to hear from you again. And, thanks for sharing.
Michelle: Good luck! Hope all’s going well with your move.
Connie: LOL. So, when and where did you move?

We moved last October to a bigger bungalow in the same village in Imus, about 15 mins drive to Alabang.
Can’t complain. This place is so conducive to writing.
