Nutella on Crispbread - 7th Feb 08

Nutella?

Well, okay, maybe not. :-D

I don’t want to break my daily posting (Over 40 days in a row now. Woohoo!). But, my hands are tied at the moment. Feeling really overwhelmed. And, I haven’t managed to prepare anything in advance. So, let me just leave you with this photo (yes, I’m loving Nutella on crispbread at the moment) - and this food for thought:

Shai, Question for you… do you use a widget for the Bookmare | Share javascript at the base of your posts? If so, which do you use? I currently have “Add to Any” but I like how yours is more self-contained and doesn’t navigate the reader away from the current page.

Thanks!
Jami

Jami: I use a WP Plugin. I gotta check the name and the link and will share here as soon as I find it. And yeah, I chose it because I like the look and function of it. I know of a few other similar plugins (and used them on other blogs) - but I’m quite pleased with this one. Anyway, will check and let you know soon.

Oh that looks yummy! I’ve never heard of such a thing.

Kari: Serious? Never tried Nutella before? Well, admittedly, I only discovered it late last year. I mean, I’ve heard of Nutella years ago - but never tried it for whatever reason. I think I just thought I’ll only use it on bread/sandwiches - and I didn’t like the thought of that. Now, I know it’s silly of me ’cause I *LOVE* chocolate & hazelnut. So, it just makes sense that Nutella is something I’d love too. And, I can use it anything else - crackers, crispbread, bananas, strawberries, etc. It’s like having a readymade chocolate fondue everyday! I can even heat it up slightly in the microwave if I wanted. ;-)

Wow. You’ve got lots of self-control. :-) And thanks. I guess, I just want to see how long I can keep going with my “Daily Blogging” thing. And yes, you’re welcome to the quote. Glad you like it!

I so love Nutella, too. I wish I know how to bake that Nutella cake.

Never heard of Nutella cake before. Today, 2 people online mentioned it (you & another one via Twitter). Must be something about World Nutella Day. :-) Now, I want to find the recipe. Hehe.

Hi Shai,
Oh my, I can’t buy this stuff, because although the kids love it, I do, too. I love it too much. There’s never much left for them, so I just don’t buy it. Mean, aren’t I? ;-)

Shai Coggins reply on February 11th, 2008:

LOL, Heather. Oh dear. Sounds like a vicious cycle. ;-) At the moment, my kids haven’t quite liked Nutella yet. Hmmm… maybe I’m holding back on them too? Heh.
