Good for you, Shai. I too am trying to consciously incorporate more healthy habits in my every day, one of which is adding more fruits (five a day, they say), and trying to cut down on the sodium and seasoning (i swear, it's difficult to cook sinigang the old-fashioned way!), and even foregoing my Starbucks (I once couldn't live without a mocha). And well, I also started a food/fitness diary blog (they say it helps to record everything down) that will remain anonymous until I have achieved my goal.
So onward, comrade.

Hi, Kari. That's great to know! I'm so bad too, as you know. But you're doing a great job. And, here's wishing you quick recovery & better fitness too. Take care!

Thanks, Frank. I do believe that getting fit is important. I'm just sooo lazy about it. I'm not in a level yet that I wish to be, but working on it. ;-) Hope you find your way too! :-)

Your site loaded much faster today. Awesome! I've been working on a little fitness of my own. I am bad about exercising, but for a couple of weeks now since being out of physical therapy I have been riding the exercise bike for half an hour each day. It's all my knee can handle right now until after surgery, but I'm definitely noticing a difference!

I say go for it. It is always nice to take a step back and look and see how you can make yourself a better person. I am in the same boat with you on the fitness side of things. Wish you good luck
