Baby 2's 2nd Pic @ 20 weeks

This won’t come as a surprise to some of you, especially if you interact with me elsewhere. But, I thought I’d make it official by announcing here that one of my so-called “secrets” and the very thing I was celebrating on this day was this —

I’m pregnant. With Baby #2. 21 weeks now. Due in April 2007. A day after my birthday is the EDD. Yikes.

Yes, that’s one of the reasons I haven’t been feeling well a lot lately. And, why I had to re-arrange some of my priorities and such.

It’s also why I wasn’t able to join my b5 business partners/colleagues in Toronto. A real shame, as I’ve been looking forward to finally meeting them. But, a 24-30 hour flight wasn’t something I could take under the circumstances. In any case, you can check out Darren’s and Mark’s take on the events that unfolded.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to meeting them another time. For now, we remain in the virtual realms.

And, well, I’m still trying to get over my “all-day sickness.” Ack. It’s getting a bit better now, but I have a few things to sort out as well in-between. Especially since I had a very rough time with my first pregnancy (and a looooong recovery from birth/delivery). Needless to say, I am not one of those glowing pregnant women. :-P
But, I can’t complain. I’m still happy as. Thanks to everyone who already sent their well wishes. :-)
Oh, and BTW, yes, that’s the scan of Baby #2 at 20 weeks. We tried to find out the gender. But, baby didn’t cooperate. So, it’s still going to be a surprise. Anyone care to guess if baby’s a boy or a girl? ;-)

Whoah! Congratulations! She looks big so I guess she’s a girl. Ahaha. All the “she’s” there already, see.

Again, congratulations, Shai. :-)

Girl! Girl! Girl!

Heeheehee. But I wouldn’t mind if it was a boy. You can always try again. ;)

Lol, so glad you’ve shared the news with everyone. Bummer you missed out on Toronto, but there’s always another time. I’m looking forward to all that will come out of the changes at b5, too. You’ll be super busy in a little while, but you’ll get into the swing of it soon enough. I can’t guess. I’m not so good at guessing, but I’ll give it a go. I think you’re having another boy. ;-)

Hello Shai! May you have a safe delivery and a healthy baby. You are about to experience the joy of seeing your two children interact and play with each other….which i find very fulfilling. When I had my second kid, I became more in tuned with my family life because of the growing demands of my kids…its a bit tiring at times…but seeing your kids happy…makes everything worth it!
