It’s still Feb and I don’t know what my theme for the year is. I said I’d just focus on positivity, but the truth is, I’ve been in a mental rut and have been having trouble staying happy. Rut, rut, rut.

Maybe I’ll come across a word that’ll resonate with me and get me out of the rut. We’ll see!
