Ask Me Anything

Well, almost anything, I guess. And, within reason - I’ll provide the best possible answer I can come up with.

In any case, you can ask me about personal stuff — about my life, interests, hobbies, opinions, likes/dislikes, etc. Or, you can ask more about my “professional side” — on blogging, writing, art and painting, creativity, making money, freelancing, psychology…

This is a scary proposition, I know. But, as I said: blogging can be very scary business. But, I’d like to take this plunge for now and see how it goes. Besides, it’s good fodder for my 1,000 posts target.
Anyway, here are just some basic guidelines on asking questions:

1) I’ll answer your questions even if it’s a bit personal. But, not TOO personal. Sorry. I have to set some boundaries. I’ll let you know if the question crosses the line.
2) No matter how much I’d love to offer help and give to the good of the world: I will NOT send money or anything of the sort — no matter how many times you ask. Having said that, I’ll be happy to accommodate other reasonable requests.

3) Rudeness will not be tolerated. Annoying people will just be ignored.

4) If your question doesn’t get answered, check the first 3 guidelines. If you wish to insist on an answer, feel free to ask again. Well, until I tell you to go away, that is. BTW, please give me a few days - or even longer, if necessary - when it comes to answering questions.

One important note: If you ask a question with this blog entry in mind, please make sure that you’re OK for me to publish that question (and the answer) in this blog. If you need me to edit or withhold real names, location, etc. - please mention that and I’ll take note of your request.

Anyway, to start asking away, leave a comment here or send an email to shaicogginsATgmailDOTcom. (Please change AT to @ and DOT to .) Please add: ‘ASK SHAI’ in the subject line of your email.

For now, I’m just going to set 20 Questions as my limit. We’ll see if I can take it any further than that after this experiment.
