When I posted the last 52 Weeks of Blog Community task, I didn’t know what to expect. The great thing about 52WoCs and communities in general is that things tend to take a life of their own. And, that’s why we’re here. Again. Determined to complete this project, no matter what. And, with your help, I’m sure we’ll be able to do it. Even if it does take us a while.
As you probably know, I may not be able to do this once a week, like planned. But, I’m hoping to post a new task at least once or twice a month. Or, maybe more, if I can figure out a way to get you all more involved. 
In any case, I just want to say thank you once again to all of you who gave such wonderfully supportive feedback in the 52WoC#39 task. A special thanks to those of you who also shared some interesting ideas for future tasks. We’re definitely going to put them to good use.
For now, in this task, I just want to be able to thank 52WoCers as best as I can. So, for task #40, I ask you to give some love to 52WoC #39 participants (see below). You can do this by choosing 1 or 2 (or more!) 52WoCer – and take part in their communities by doing one or more of the following: leaving a comment on their blogs, adding them to your Twitter/Plurk/LinkedIn/Facebook (if you haven’t done so yet and they have their info available), responding to their Tweets/Plurks, adding them to your blogrolls, writing about them on your blog/posting a link to their blog, etc. You get the picture.
If you decide to do that, please let us know so you’ll be considered as 52WoCer for task #40. What do you say?

I have been looking at ways of getting bloggers involved in community aspect and just came accross this. Like the idea and guess the only tricky thing is making sure everybody sticks with it over time

Hi, Niall. Yes, it is a challenge to keep people motivated. But, I do think it’s worth doing. I know 52WoC has definitely been worth it.

I’m currently doing my rounds of the 52WoC participants. I’ve been quite busy for the past 2 days. I just modified my blog lay-out to a new one and I love it because it’s cute and sports my favorite color.
