Hello and welcome to Week #13 of our 52 Weeks of Blog Community Project. As you can tell from the title of this post, this week’s task is all about choosing best posts of the month.
Here’s how you can take part -
1. Choose your best - or most favourite - post from your blog for the month of March 2008.
2. Share the link in the comment section below. You can also tell us why you like it best.
3. Send some love to the commenter before you either by Tweeting about their favourite URL, Stumbling it, Leaving a comment, Blogging about it, etc. You can also do all, if you wish. But, just one way of sending some love is enough.
Note: Commenter #1 can simply send some love to this post or to 52WoC in general. Commenter #2 can send some love to Commenter #1’s best post. Commenter #3 send some love to Commenter #2’s best post, etc etc.
Hope that’s all good. If you have any questions, as always feel free to ask.
Also, please note that this is the first task for Month #4. Tasks/Weeks inclusive for Month 4: Week #s 13 - 16.
Prizes for our fourth monthly virtual party? 1) $30 Winner’s Choice Award (via Paypal) and 2) A copy of a brand new gocco print (still to be created/announced)
Anyway, thanks again to everyone who participated in last week’s task (Give a Blog Star Award) -
- Em Dy, who gave a star to Toni of Wifely Steps
- Toni, who gave a star to Meredith Matthews of Lemonade Stand
- Jami, who gave stars to Mythbuster Beauty, Cheap but not Easy, and Life Candy in her post.
- Jen Hill awarded stars to Bionic Beauty, Fried Green Madness, and Grammah Hansen in her post.
- Nenette awarded these stars to Bionic Beauty, Mrs Mogul and April’s CR Diary in her post.
UPDATE:
I’m adding Nicola, who shared a Blog Star Award too - but didn’t get included immediately ’cause her comment was stuck in the spam section. Yikes. Anyway, comments recovered - she’s now part of this week’s task too. And, yeah - it was a shock to see that she awarded me with a Star. Thanks, Nicola! Didn’t really expect one. I do appreciate the kind words, though. Thank you!
I’ll be updating the Blog Star Awards page soon to reflect our Batch 2 Awardees. Congratulations to all!
And yes - we’re holding our 3rd Virtual Party on the 11th of April! So, mark the date and check who will win the customised art journal and b5 gear.

I’d love to give this post some link love because I think it’s interesting going back in the artchives to read what you yourself just wrote and I too would encourage people to do that. I did it with my blog book, and I learned so much about what I write about, what I don’t want to write or repeat over and over again etc etc.
During March the post that might interest the most people is my review about the book CRAFTING A BUSINESS:

It’s a lovely book, so read the review and then the book!

Oh crap, so I was too late? I gave an award, very early yesterday morning…. I think that maybe comment filters are with holding my comments, so if you get this comment, can you check your spam filter? Ta
March was a pretty bad blog posting month for me, but I like this one, it’s my initial, and rather unusually ordered, thoughts on what the future might hold for me career wise:

Off to visit Hanna’s post….

This looks great! I just discovered your site from B5.
My post is “How to Recruit a Small Army” and can be found here:

No matter what your goals are, you’ll probably need some help from the rest of the universe. This post tells you where to find it.
Hanna’s site (the one before mine) looks great, so I will be happy to tell the world about it.

My Last Entry for the First Quarter of the Year
It’s my favorite because it has the lessons I’ve learned from the first 90 days of the year.
And now am off to give Chris some love!

I’ll play! March was quite a busy month blogging-wise for me, but I think my fav post was this one: How To Live A Life Less Ordinary
It was written in response to Skelliewag’s trump card post idea and it’s where I’ve tried to get to grips with my blog’s message and ethos. I’m quite proud of how it turned out!

i couldn’t agree more on amypalko’s fave blog entry. there is really no such thing as an ordinary life and no one is actually ordinary
loved it!
my fave post for march would have to be the launch of my Sunday Confessions series. i had second thoughts about posting this first confession as it is quite personal but decided what the heck. my blog. my thoughts.

Loved sushi’s post!
We’ve all gone through something similar, I’m sure. I know I have! I’m just not as brave as sushi to post it… especially since I know that my first crush reads my blog! (He occasionally plays foosball with my hubby. Despite the fact that this guy has become a good friend, we haven’t talked about my “crush” days.)
My favourite post of March is my Earth Hour: Family Fun By Candelight post. Instead of being at different corners of the house doing different things, we were close together at the same table being a family. My kids were so into it, and I’m so proud that they want to do it again!
